busy, busy, busy

my life has gotten so hectic since i started school on monday. i am doing homework for about 3-4 hours a night. but i really like my classes so the homework is a little bit more enjoyable. well i hope that you are having fun and going to school if you are. i will keep praying for ya!

Back To School Bash!!!

Just a reminder that Eastern Gate Free Will Baptist Church is having a youth service and cookout on Sunday Night at 6 p.m. It is going to be loads of fun and we would really like to see you there!!! I hope that you can make it!!!

one week left

well its official, have six days left of the age 17 and eight left of freedom before school starts! i start OTC at 8 am next monday and that early morning schedule does not appeal to me but i will make the best of it! i hope that you guys have a great week or two of summer and you will remain in my thoughts and prayers as always. i hope that school and all of that goes well for you guys and just let me know if you need anything.

i just finished up the video from our trip this weekend which was totally awesome. i went down to visit my grammy's today and on the way back i was inspired to write lyrics to a song. i have all but one verse of it finished and when i do finish it i am going to put music to it. i hope that you guys had a great weekend and i am still praying for ya. dont forget we are having a back to school service at Easterngate Freewill Baptist Church on Sunday night August 20th at 6 pm and there will be a cookout afterward...hope you can come, love ya!!! a great weekend

this weekend in troy has truly changed the way that i look at my church. i go to a church with about thirty members and we gather in a big buildings with many luxuries that we often take for granted. this mission trip has really helped me to grasp my claws into God and not let go. i discovered so many things about my spiritual life and i am so glad that i went. i will never forget this trip and i am so glad that God lead us to go.

Adios...but only for the weekend!!!

my church youth group and i are heading to Troy, Missouri tomorrow afternoon and i just wanted to say goodbye. :( i hope that you all have a great weekend and please pray that we can touch that town with God's word. you are always in my thoughts and prayers, talk to ya soon.

TEAM BETSY has arrived!!!

it's official, the girls that make up TEAM BETSY have uniforms. the team has been formed to take on the smelly boys of the FIREPROOF youth group. we are just having fun picking on the boys but who doesnt have fun doing that. big jake saw the shirts yesterday and started dissing them, but that's ok he is just jealous. wish us luck this weekend in troy...love you all!!!
