I thought you guys might want me to post a pic of you guys at Camp. Brittany had a fun time and I wrote about some of it on Fireproofs site. I thought this was a great picture of you guys.

a very hot summer

temperatures have sky-rocketed the past couple of days and i am tired of being sweaty and smelly. we are going to niangua tomorrow for church at the FWB church camp to see Brittany. i hope that she is having a wonderful time at camp. well i hope that you are all doing well and dont forget to ask if you need anything. love ya and god bless!

so what are your standards?

i talked to a friend today on what my standards were for my future husband. i didnt realize how i had left those standards in past relationships to ease myself of loneliness and cheat myself in the means of love. i long for someone who loves god as much as i do. someone who is loving and compassionate. i have made a vow to myself and to God to not date anyone who doesnt have these traits. so i challenge you to do the same about your future spouse. make a list, as long as you want and stick to it, dont settle for less.

a summer adventure

well once again i am packing my bags and heading to the greatest camp in the world better known as SPECTACULAR (spec). The camp is held every year at the end of july in lamoni, iowa for youth all around the nation and canada to come together to worship god and play some sports. last year the heat index got up to 115 degrees F and this year and it will be a lot hotter. just pray for everyones health and safe travel. i hope you guys are having a great summer and dont forget to let me know if you need anything.

Hey Brittany. Happy one day late birthday! I was going to call you last night to wish you a happy birthday, but we were celebrating my cousin's 18th, so I couldn't. But yeah, happy birthday. I hope you had a better night's sleep than me...I couldn't get to sleep until around 2 am!!! Anyway, hope you had fun. Question: are you enjoying that Jane Eyre book? OK, later.
